(More customer reviews)It doesn't come with a power cord - you have to buy that separately. Runs on 4 AA batteries otherwise. I've had this dartboard for a little over a month and after the first three times playing on it, it wasn't scoring on some of the hits, and still isn't - and I think it's getting more frequent now. The sound is muffled also. It makes a hissing noise (a viper) when you hit the bull and that sound is rather low.

(More customer reviews)The cue is actually good quality and the logo is great. Nice weight if you like a heavier cue and the balance is good.
I have always used a wood cue, so the fiberglass/wood core cue was new to me. It does have a different feel from standard wood cues (it feels colder for some reason if that makes any sense) but is quite smooth.
One note: it is a two piece cue not a 1 piece cue as advertized, screws together in the middle.

It is a solid, well-built, great design.
I bought this at 70% off (scratch and dent), but it only had one small scratch on it. Knowing what I do now, I would gladly pay full price for it.

Dart World 49126 Early American Dart Cabinet Kit Review

(More customer reviews)This set is the best set we could find for the price. Good quality cabinet and we wanted chalk boards instead of the dry erase boards. My only complaint is that the out chart would be nicer as an accessory; For 4 players we had to squeeze all the scoring onto the left side board. Would rather have scoring boards on both sides and a separate out chart or at least have the out chart side reversable. The wood is also darker than shown in the picture. Our pool table is oak and matches the picture but the cabinet is a bit darker. Still looks OK though. The darts are quite light so we purchased a couple additional heavier sets. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this again.

(More customer reviews)The rating is a little odd because this book must be listed in a toy category. It is a bank pool billiard book and not a toy.
This is a FIVE STAR book. Until this book there hasn't been much worth while information on learning how to make bank shots in pool & billiards. Even if you only play 8 ball or 9 ball, this book is a must. It will make a huge difference in your game. If your new to pool and billiards, don't let the advanced nature of this book scare you away. What you will find is there are bank shots that are so easy, your Grandma could make them. If you have been playing a while and you are reluctant to take the bank shot, jump on this book. Improve your banking and you could jump to the next plateau.
There is a companion book also from the same author, I could review it by saying ditto.
The book has a lot of the writers pool stories. They are entertaining, but for me, I prefer the meat, banking and not the potatoes, pool stories. If you enjoy playing pool you need to own this book.

My older cue ball (also an Aramith one, but not from the pro-series - the one without the red dots) used to retain chalk marks left by an occasional miscue, but this one doesn't. I also clean it regularly, that way it remains as good as new.

Not able to be repair was a previous mis-matched repair to the stain on the top surface. Both problems were tolerable at a greatly reduced price, but I would not take a chance at full price, if I weren't handy, and if I couldn't tolerate a blemish.

Don's Rack - Precision Pool Ball Rack Review

(More customer reviews)Bought this to replace a wood rack that wouldn't give a tight rack. I would have to push the balls forward and in. With this one, I just have to push the balls forward. But, it takes a little getting used to. Being able to lift the rack up easily means you can push the balls under the rack. It works best by hold the rack down with your hands and pushing the balls forward with your thumbs.
