(More customer reviews)Bought this to replace a wood rack that wouldn't give a tight rack. I would have to push the balls forward and in. With this one, I just have to push the balls forward. But, it takes a little getting used to. Being able to lift the rack up easily means you can push the balls under the rack. It works best by hold the rack down with your hands and pushing the balls forward with your thumbs.
