Viper Mocha Gameroom Dartboard Cabinet Review

I received my Viper game room cabinet today and will be returning it post haste. The quality of the finish is incredibly poor - the 'stain' looks more like a bad paint job in what I can only describe as a sickly Nesquik chocolate milk color. The hardware (hinges) are certainly not brushed nickel and look more like poor quality, dull cast iron. I didn't open up the door knob hardware as the cabinet and hinges were so bad that I knew I would be returning the item. Aside from the overall terrible quality, the cabinet is scratched right across both doors. This is certainly not something I would want in my home...

Nodor SupaMatch Bristle Dartboard Review

Easy to install. Comes with a center-point mounting bracket and tension springs. I've played about every other day for a month now and the "self-healing" properties of the African sisal really work! There are very few visible holes, and even those go away if you throw a dart next to them. This seems like it could last forever. I've experienced a few bounce outs...maybe 1 in 100 or more throws. For the price, you can't beat it. For other beginner's reference, I bought two sets of Nodor 90% tungsten darts for $30/set and am glad I didn't buy less dense (cheaper) darts.

The official American Dart Organization tournament board, the Nodor SupaMatch bristle board is ideal for players looking to maximize their scoring. The regulation-size 18-inch-diameter board offers such features as a razor-ribbon wire spider that virtually eliminates bounce-outs, a complete staple-free SupaBull II bulls-eye, an improved scoring area, and a movable number ring that prolongs the life of the board. And thanks to the super-dense sisal--which looks great and holds up to heavy use--you needn't worry about the board breaking down over time. Made to precise tournament specifications, the board measures 1.5 inches thick and is backed by a one-year warranty against defects.

Gameroom Dartboard Cabinet - Oak Review

THIS CABINET IS NICE...BUT!...be prepared to spend 2 hours fixing Viper's lack of quality control and lack of final quality inspection. (1) Left hinge of bottom dart-storage door had NEVER been attached. (2) The pilot holes for both dart-drawer hinges are at a SEVERE out-angle (~45 degrees) instead of perpendicular (the right way) to the mounting surface (inexcusable). (3) Main doors are crooked at the top by a measured 1/4 inch (0.63cm). These defects are not shipping defects: credit to Ozone Billards (the third-party dealer), the cabinet was shipped in a box inside of a box inside of a box: there was absolutely no FedEx or other shipping damage to the outer surfaces of the shipping boxes. (4) The main door hinges are supposed to be adjustable (via the horizontal slots in the hinges) but with the way Viper's machining put the screws into the slots, the "adjustible" slots can not be adjusted because on all four main door hinges one screw is to the far right of its "adjustible" slot and the other two screws are to the far left of their "adjustible" slots....thus the "adjustible" slots are "un-adjustible". (5) Tools required to make doors and hinges fit properly: 3/64" bit to make pilot holes perpendicular to dart-drawer floor and for properly mounting the main front door hinges. This was a two-hour project.

Viper 787 Electronic Dartboard Review

It doesn't come with a power cord - you have to buy that separately. Runs on 4 AA batteries otherwise. I've had this dartboard for a little over a month and after the first three times playing on it, it wasn't scoring on some of the hits, and still isn't - and I think it's getting more frequent now. The sound is muffled also. It makes a hissing noise (a viper) when you hit the bull and that sound is rather low.
