(More customer reviews)I purchased this product and after 1 week it broke. I returned the product to the company for a replacement. They told me that they could not replace the item but would send me a refund instead. I had to pay to send this back to them and when I got the refund it was only for the amount of the item and did not include the amount paid for shipping. So I basically paid twice for this item and only got back half my money. Even though this is stated in their return policy I don't suggest doing any business with them.

Everything that was supposed to come with the pool cue came in mint condition (the cue has no obvious flaws, nothings scratched etc). The hard wood case is nice and is very convenient to carry around. Overall a great product that was only $20.

Product arrived in good condition and appears to be of very good quality (better than I was expecting, based on the price). The only negative was that all this "stuff" came with no instructions. I would like to have had instructions on how to use the tip repair kit and I have no idea what the plastic "tally bottle and balls" is for!
