(More customer reviews)When loaded with fresh batteries and cups filled less than a half inch each it doesn't turn. I would like to see a little more HP on this item, but on the bright side it did hold onto the solo knock off cups tight enough to prevent wild throws from knocking over stand alone shots. Depending on how you like to play this can be a good or bad thing. I would skip the purchase of this and if you must have a moving target try another brand or make your own.
